Q: What kind of system requirement are there for using RelateNow?
A: Minimum System Requirements:

1. Pentium III 800Mhz or Better.
2. Ability to browse secure web sites through the Corporate Firewall. (https)

1. Need to enable your browser to accept cookies.
2. Internet Exporer 6.0 or Greater.
3. Mozilla Firefox 1.5 or Greater. (Recommended for Mac Users)
4. Mozilla 1.5 or Greater.

Q: Do I need broadband to run the system?
A: Broadband is highly recommended for viewing or uploading video. If you are just reading material and communicating with your staff dial-up will work effectively.

Q: What if I forgot my username?
A: Your username is your email address. If you have multiple email addresses and can't remember which one you used, email support@relatenow.com or contact us at 1-866-697-2935.

Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: If you have forgotten your password click the link "forgot your password" next to the login box to have your password emailed to you.

Q: What do I do if my password was emailed but still won't work?
A: For security reasons, if you have tried multiple times to login to your account with the wrong password, the account will become locked to prevent fraudulent access. The system doesn't know if you are the right person logging in or not, so we lock the login until we can verify that it is the correct user trying to get into the system. If this happens call or email support@relatenow.com and we will verify your account and unlock it.

Q: What do I do if I requested for my lost password but never get an email?
A: If you have requested for your lost password and have not gotten an email within 15 minutes, then check your spam folder of your email client. Many times email will go into spam and you will never see it. If this happens, indicate the support@relatenow.com email as a "non-spam" email to ensure this does not happen in the future.
